Welcome to Knoch Knolls of Naperville

Ideally located in the award winning city of Naperville, IL, this prestigious subdivision is nestled between Knoch Knolls Park and The McDonald Farm, home of The Conservation Foundation, at a bend of the DuPage River. Surrounded by beautiful trees and parks, Knoch Knolls has 423 luxury homes on spacious lots. The wide tree lined streets provide a wonderful family environment.

Knoch Knolls has become a destination of choice for both long time Naperville residents and transferees alike. Springbrook Elementary School, located within the subdivision, is within easy walking distance to all the homes in Knoch Knolls. Residents are served by Gregory Middle School and the award winning Neuqua Valley High School.

Knoch Knolls Park is a mostly wooded 215 acre park which offers a picturesque pedestrian bridge over the DuPage River, walking paths, disc golf, fall hay rides, 'Shakespeare in the Knolls' theater, soccer fields and more.

The Knoch Knolls Homeowners Association provides a wonderful venue for couples and families. Social events are scheduled periodically to provide fun activities for friends and family. A neighborhood directory and newsletter provide information for all homeowners.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT - July 2010

Dear Residents,

Thanks to the tireless efforts of volunteer Jeri Bayer-Fermier, the Knoch Knolls Resident Directory is now complete and accessible from our Website. Here are the directions to access the directory.

1) Log onto www.knochknolls.org with your username and password. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please contact Jeri at jbfermier@wideopenwest.com.

2) Click on the "Documents" section on the left hand side.

3) Click on "Directory" under Document Categories.

4) Click on "Knoch Knolls 2010 Directory". In addition, you have the option to download the atlas of the subdivision the same way. The 2010 directory and atlas are PDF files.

Please mark your calendars for the next social event, our 4th annual Rockin' Block Party, also known as "Knochstoch" which has been tentatively set for Saturday, August 28th in our retention ground area on Knoch Knolls Road near Seiler. We will have two live bands and some great raffle prizes. Please let us know if you can donate other raffle prizes or can bring your favorite dish for your neighbors to taste. If possible, send an RSVP within the next 21 days to Jeri Fermier at jbfermier@wideopenwest.com.

As many of you know, we had a great showing for our July 4th parade and reception. The Naperville Sun featured our event the next day. Thank you Julie Berkowicz for taking the lead role in helping us execute the parade. Thanks also to Steve Krautstrunk, Emily Fermier, Walter Berkowicz, Jr., Nanette Kurzadym, Donna Morsovillo, Zach Arnold and all of the Vets, Mayor Pradel, Emily McAsey (State Representative for our 85th District), Darlene Senger (State Representative for the 96th District), Council Member, Paul Hinterlong and Council Candidate, John Krummen.

Now an update on the fence issue. We are with striking distance of a plurality, but if that is not achieved by December 1st, 2010 the measure fails. If you have yet to vote and wish to, contact Jeri at jbfermier@wideopenwest.com. Those who have yet to vote may get a knock on the door from one of our volunteers.

Finally, we are getting complaints about pets. Please pick up after your pets, and please keep barking dogs in your house.
