Welcome to Knoch Knolls of Naperville

Ideally located in the award winning city of Naperville, IL, this prestigious subdivision is nestled between Knoch Knolls Park and The McDonald Farm, home of The Conservation Foundation, at a bend of the DuPage River. Surrounded by beautiful trees and parks, Knoch Knolls has 423 luxury homes on spacious lots. The wide tree lined streets provide a wonderful family environment.

Knoch Knolls has become a destination of choice for both long time Naperville residents and transferees alike. Springbrook Elementary School, located within the subdivision, is within easy walking distance to all the homes in Knoch Knolls. Residents are served by Gregory Middle School and the award winning Neuqua Valley High School.

Knoch Knolls Park is a mostly wooded 215 acre park which offers a picturesque pedestrian bridge over the DuPage River, walking paths, disc golf, fall hay rides, 'Shakespeare in the Knolls' theater, soccer fields and more.

The Knoch Knolls Homeowners Association provides a wonderful venue for couples and families. Social events are scheduled periodically to provide fun activities for friends and family. A neighborhood directory and newsletter provide information for all homeowners.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT – November 2008

Dear Residents,

The Knoch Knolls board wishes you and your family a very happy and blessed holiday season. We are living in difficult times and the downturn in the economy has impacted all of us. Although the nation's real estate market is struggling, Knoch Knolls remains an attractive option to those looking to buy a home.

In line with that thinking, we are once again promoting our subdivision wide coordinated holiday lighting concept that we tried last year.We are asking homeowners on each street to decorate their parkway trees with uniform color combinations using white holiday lights in combination with another color of light, typically red, green or blue (i.e, for example, white base and green, blue or red around the branches or vice versa). Last year, the visual results on the streets with heavy participation were stunning and the Naperville Holiday Light Tour trolley was seen taking sightseers through Knoch Knolls. Believe me, this type of exposure is priceless for keeping up the value of your real estate! I suggest you use the colors your street used last year, but the decision is up to you and your neighbors.

Thank you goes out once again to the award winning Lacy Antonson, for another great year of work at the entrances, and, to Steve Farber, for organizing a very interesting beer tasting event at the Gordon Biersch Brewery.

Finally, I was fortunate enough to have tickets to the election night rally at Grant Park. Realizing the historical significance of the event, I took my daughter Kathryn, a high school freshman studying world history. Eight years earlier, Kathryn and her younger sister, Elizabeth, witnessed George Bush and Richard Cheney walk within 20 feet of them in the Naperville Labor Day Parade. On both occasions, I was amazed by the huge crowds that gathered peacefully. We will all witness the peaceful transition of power to Barak Obama in January. Regardless of your political allegiances, America remains the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Thank you for your attention and please email me at jameshlawlor@gmail.com if you have any comments.

Sincerely, Jim Lawlor

President, Knoch Knolls Board
